Normally the registration for any intellectual property including the Copyright, is not a compulsory. And, it is provided by the Copyright Registry after going deeply and on completion of the all legal formalities. Sometime, it is felt that the Registration has been done in contravention to the legal prosecution affect & circumstances and the law; and in such a condition or situation, the cancellation application may be filed for a rectification of the Copyright in the said matter.
