Litigation of Copyright

An unauthorised use is a usual problem relating with the Copyright Rights. A person without permission or authorisation copies the intellectual work is usually termed as copyright infringement. The registrar and/or before the court can decide or protect the legal rights of its creator. The registration of a copyright is not a must but after registration it provides a bundle of legal rights which may include to the extent of recovery of the infringing copies along with the payment of compensation. A person not being permitted or authorised to use or copy the creation of its author leads to infringement and for an undue advantage which can be disposed of with the intervention of the Court.
