The details about can be changed, altered and amended, whether the trademark is under prosecution or registered. The process of amendment in the details of the mark can be made by filing Form TM-M u/s.18(4), 22, 58 & u/r.41, 91 and 97 with necessary details, documents and fees. Once the documents are filed, the registry may call for a hearing or may make orders for the amendment as per the documents & requirement.
