The examiner at the corporate office may fix a hearing for the grand of Corporate Registration. It is usually called when the replies to the official objections are not sufficient or in contravention to the legal provisions. It, also, may be fixed to sort out the hurdles. The hearing officer / examiner may require such other documents, evidence and supporting elements which may be helpful in the disposal of the official objections.
